Truro City are delighted to announce the signing of goalkeeper Dan Lincoln, until the end of the 2024-25 National League South campaign.
The 29-year-old joins the Tinners as a free agent, after previously playing for City’s divisional rivals Salisbury this term.
Lincoln made 10 appearances for the Whites before leaving the Wiltshire outfit. Last term, Lincoln finished the campaign at Slough Town and he has also gained Step Two Experience with Dorking Wanderers, Farnborough and Hampton & Richmond.
Born in Camberley, Surrey, Lincoln cut his formative footballing teeth at Reading, whilst playing Minor Counties cricket for Berkshire, catching the eye of Middlesex.
And after impressing in Middlesex’s second string, Lincoln signed for the Lord’s based side, making his first class debut in the T20 Blast, as a replacement for South African superstar AB de Villiers, hitting an impressive 30 runs from 24 balls against Gloucestershire.
The following covid-19 disrupted campaign, Lincoln played further short format games for Middlesex, before he made a single County Championship appearance for Kent in 2021.
