Truro City’s trilogy of away fixtures takes the side to Worthing this coming Saturday as top plays third in National League South.

This game should have taken place at Woodside back in August, but due building works at the Rebels’ home base, it was switched to the Truro City Stadium.

City racked up their biggest win of 2024-25 to date with a 5-0 win. Jaze Kabia became the first – and to date only – player to score a hat-trick at the TCS, with Seidou Sanogo and Will Dean also on target.

Worthing’s afternoon went from bad to worse when Alfie Young was sent off in stoppage time for pulling back Yassine En-Neyah.

However, Chris Agutter’s side, once back at home when the new North Stand was completed, have once again been one of the sides battling for promotion.

Worthing are currently looking down on the rest of the division and will be hoping to go one better than last term, when the side were pipped in the play-off final by Braintree.

Parking

Woodside is in a built up residential area, thus meaning that parking is limited and restricted on matchdays.

Travelling supporters are advised to use the Queens Street Car Park BN14 7BJ which is situated around a 10 minute walk from the ground.

Supporters who chose to park in surrounding neighbourhood areas are asked to respect local residents when doing so.

The Ground

Full segregation is in place for this game with City allocated 310 tickets, for standing in the North East part of Woodside.

This is an open terrace, with no protection from the elements although the forecast is good for Saturday’s game. Visiting Tinners will have their own catering and toilet facilities in the North East corner.

Although the game has not been designated all-ticket, fans are advised to purchase in advance to avoid disappointment.

Home fans will occupy the other three sides of the ground with this visit to Wodside, City’s first in front of the brand new North Stand. A single tiered terraced structure, views aren’t totally unobstructed, with floodlight pylons in front of the terrace.

The West Stand is a small covered standing area while the main South Stand is all seated, with no supporting pillars or floodlights in the way.

The main stand is raised above pitch level, accessible via steps, giving fine views of what is sure to be a blockbuster clash.
