Matchday Ticketing Assistant Vacancies
Truro City seek friendly, reliable individuals to join our team as Matchday Ticketing Assistants, ahead of the 2025/26 season.
Working from our new dedicated ticket office, situated at the Truro City Stadium on home matchdays, you’ll be the first point of contact for supporters wishing to purchase seats in the newly expanded Eden Hot Tubs North Stand.
Key Information
- Location: Truro City Stadium
- Hours: Three hours pre game until 15 minutes after kick-off
- Pay: Hourly, with rate confirmed at interview
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the ticket office on matchdays to sell and issue home, seated match tickets.
- Use a computer and basic electronic point-of-sale (EPOS) system to process payments
- Provide excellent customer service to supporters
- Accurately manage cash and card transactions
- Open and prepare the ticket office approximately three hours before kick-off
- Close down the ticket office approximately 15 minutes after kick-off
Remuneration
- Paid hourly for matchday work

Requirements
- Basic computer literacy and confidence using simple payment systems
- Good communication and people skills
- Punctual, trustworthy, and happy to work independently
- A genuine interest in football and supporting the fan experience
