The Tinners travel to Woking as John Askey’s side begin October on the road.
This will be Truro’s third visit to the Laithwaite Community Stadium, with both previous encounters coming in National League South.
The first came towards the end of the 2011/12 campaign, City’s first at Step Two. Woking had already been crowned league champions but in front of a crowd of over 4,000, Truro spoiled the party by securing a credible 3-3 draw.
The Cardinals raced into a 2-0 lead but Andy Watkins pulled a goal back before the break. Into the second stanza and the hosts scored a third but Truro wouldn’t lie down, with a header from Aaron Pugh setting up a grandstand finish.
Then, with time ticking down, veteran striker Barry Hayles fed substitute Lers Afful, who swept home to ensure the spoils were shared and City finished 14th in the standings.
City last faced Woking away from home in August 2018 and with the club ground-sharing with Torquay, they travelled east in a state of flux.
But the side, still reeling after Lee Hodges’ shock resignation, took a fifth minute lead through defender Jamie Richards. The visitors led until just after the hour mark when Kane Ferdinand levelled, before Jack Cook completed the turnaround shortly after.
The win was sealed 13 minutes from time with a goal from Max Kretzschmar, who has already turned out this season against City, for current employers Wealdstone.

The Ground
The Laithwaite Community Stadium is dominated by the modern Seymours Community Stand. It is an all-seated enclosure, with fine views of the pitch as there are no supporting pillars.
Opposite is the Kingfield Terrace, which is a small standing structure, whilst away fans are situated in the Chris Lane Terrace.
The main side stand is made up of three different structures – the Family Stand, Directors’ area and the quirkily named Moaners Corner.
