Truro City’s home Enterprise National League match against Scunthorpe United, scheduled for Saturday, January 31, has been postponed because of the Iron’s Isuzu FA Trophy progression.
Scunthorpe’s fourth round clash against Clitheroe Town was scheduled to take place at Glanford Park on January 10, but was postponed due to a frozen pitch.
However the game did take place last evening (Tuesday) with Scunthorpe defeating Clitheroe 3-1 thanks to goals from Danny Whitehall, Carlton Ubaezuonu and Jean Belehouan. This victory moves Andy Butler’s side through to the last 16 where they will face National League South side Horsham at home on January 31.
Because FA competitions take precedence over regular league fixtures, City’s final game of January, 2026, will be moved to an alternate date, which will be advised in due course.
Tickets already purchased will be valid for the rearranged fixture, with details for refunds, for any ticket holder that can’t attend the new date, also to be announced in due course.
