Truro City can confirm that striker Aiden Marsh has left the club, upon the expiry of his contract.

The 22-year-old joined the Tinners on a short term deal in September and netted off the bench on his City bow, in a 5-0 win over Morecambe.

After coming through the ranks at hometown club Barnsley, Marsh spent time in Scotland last year with raith Rovers, before his spell in the Duchy, which resulted in nine league and cup appearances.

His second and final goal for Truro came in the 3-1 away loss at Hartlepool in late November. Marsh was an unused substitute in City’s festive games against Yeovil Town and Forest Green Rovers.
