Away Fans

A limited number of away tickets will be available on the gate, although Truro City advises Southend United supporters to buy in advance.

Away fans will be permitted to enter both the Victoria Inn and Masons Brewery, which are situated close to the Truro City Stadium.

Food and drink concessions are available for away supporters, with both hold and cold options of both served.

Entry for away fans will be permissible from 1.00pm.

Tickets

A limited number of home tickets are still available, both in advance and on the gate. If the match sells out, then no tickets will be available on the gate. The club will advise home fans at the earliest possible opportunity, if the game sells out.

Supporters wishing to buy seated tickets on the day need to do so at the ticket office, whilst those wishing to pay for general standing admission, can do so at the turnstiles.

Parking

Parking is available on the Langarth Park & Ride site. There is no charge for parking and 2,000 spaces are available.

Directions

Travelling from either east or west on the A30, at the Chiverton Cross roundabout, take the A390 signposted Truro. Then follow signs to the Langarth Park and Ride site.

Travelling on the A390 from the St Austell area, go through Truro and follow the signs for Redruth/A30, exit the A390 at the Langarth Park and Ride site.

Train Travel 

Supporters travelling by train should note that Truro Train Station is 2.7 miles from the Truro City Stadium.

Therefore, it is advised that supporters use public transport to get to the Truro City Stadium, once they have arrived at Truro Station.

The T1 bus service stops at Truro Train Station and fans are advised to get off by Threemilestone Social Club and walk approximately 500 yards to the Truro City Stadium.

Turnstile Opening Times

Gates will open at 12.30pm for home fans, two-and-a-half hours before kick-off at 3.00pm. Only turnstiles three and four, plus the ticket office, will be open at 12.30pm.

Supporters are advised that full segregation is in place. Away fans attempting to access home areas of the Truro City Stadium will be refused entry.

Turnstile One: VIP guests, media, mascots, flag-bearers, season ticket holders and pre-purchased ticket holders.

Turnstile Two: Season ticket holders, and home pre-purchased ticket holders. 

Turnstile Three: Home pay on the day supporters – electronic payment (card).

Turnstile Four: Home pay on the day supporters – cash.

Turnstile Five & Six: Away fans only, both advance and on the day sales

Disabled supporters have their own dedicated entrance which is next to turnstiles three and four

All supporters under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult to gain admittance to the stadium bowl. Once inside the stadium bowl, supporters MUST be accompanied by and adult at all times.

Supporters under the age of 18 WILL be asked for supporting documents, to gain admittance without a paying adult.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted to be brought into the stadium through the turnstiles by supporters:

  • Alcohol
  • Illegal substances
  • Large bags or holdalls – bags larger than A4 size (210mm x 297mm) are generally not permitted
  • Motorcycle helmets
  • Pyrotechnics
  • Air horns and whistles
  • Musical Instruments
  • Drums (away fans only)
  • Weapons and sharp objects
  • Flag poles
  • Footballs
  • Glass bottles – including perfume & aftershave bottles
  • Metal cups including flasks
  • Food and drink

Food & Drink

Due to the club’s promotion to the National League, changes have been necessary to comply with regulations regarding the sale and consumption of alcohol at the Truro City Stadium.

The consumption of alcohol is not permitted in view of the pitch less than 30 minutes before kick-off and 15 minutes after full-time. Preventative measures will be in place to ensure compliance.

Alcohol can be purchased and consumed in the following areas of the Truro City Stadium by home fans

  • Wax Marquee
  • Fan Zone (outside the stadium)

The WAX BBQ serving hot food will be situated in its usual place on the south side of the ground. Pasties will be sold inside the Wax Marquee, along with hot drinks.

Merchandise

Our new home, away and third shirts for the 2025/26 season will be available for purchase inside the Truro City Stadium, with a pop-up shop situated on the south side of the ground.

As part of the club’s ground improvements, ahead of the 2025/26 National League campaign, a dedicated club shop for match day’s will be launched, in collaboration with Kappa, Truro City’s official technical and kit supplier.

Is the Truro City Stadium Cashless?

No, it isn’t. Cash and card can be used to pay for entry, food, drink, merchandise and programmes. 50/50 draw tickets are cash only.
