Truro City is delighted to announce a renewal of its partnership with the Cornwall Chamber of Commerce (CCOC).
As part of this continued collaboration between two of Cornwall’s most forward thinking organisations, Truro City will continue with our white-label ‘The Business’ lager which is now exclusive to our 1889 Suite.
In addition, we have newly branded CCOC cups which again are exclusive to the Suite, and in addition CCC logo will take pride of place on the right sleeve of the home shirts we present to businesses on matchdays.
Commenting on this partnership renewal, Rob Butland, Truro City’s commercial lead, said: “Cornwall has always punched above its weight, from pioneering engineering and mining industry to being at the forefront of FLOW renewables, the UK’s surf hub, globally recognised food and drink and even having the UK’s first space launch site.
“Truro City will now be doing the same in the Enterprise National League and partnering with the Cornwall Chamber of Commerce means we’re not just representing a football club, we’re carrying the flag for every business and entrepreneur that keeps our Duchy thriving.
“The Chamber’s relentless advocacy for Cornwall matches our own mission: to prove we belong at the top table, on and off the pitch.
“In a thriving yet challenging economy, you need partners who don’t just talk about potential, they make it happen. The Chamber is that kind of team-mate: the one who chases down every opportunity, plays the long game, and isn’t afraid to score from the halfway line. “Together, we’re showing that Cornwall isn’t just a beautiful place to live, it’s a force to be reckoned with, ready to take on the rest of the country, one goal and one deal at a time.”
Meanwhile, John Brown, chief executive officer of the CCOC, added: “We’re delighted to renew our partnership with Truro City as they take their well-earned place in the National League.
“As Cornwall’s first professional football team, the Tinners embody the ambition, resilience, and community spirit that drive our businesses forward. This year, we’re proud to strengthen our presence with branding on the corporate shirts, our own lager, ‘The Business’ served in the 1889 Suite, and continued visibility in the club’s corporate and digital channels. We look forward to another season of shared success, on and off the pitch. Up the Tinners!”
Meanwhile, the club is hosting the Cornwall Chamber of Commerce’s latest ‘Big Breakfast’ at the Truro City Stadium tomorrow, from 8.00am.
