Defender Tom Harrison has joined Enterprise National League South side Chippenham Town on a month’s loan.

The 24-year-old, who came through the ranks at Bristol City, joined the Tinners in 2023 from then National League outfit Oxford City.

Harrison was then a mainstay of the Truro side that comfortably retained their Step Two status at the first time of asking, despite a huge fixture backlog towards the end of the campaign.

And last term, the former Robin was integral as Truro defied pre-season predictions of relegation to win the National League South title.

Chipping in with important goals in victories over Welling United and Aveley, Harrison suffered a season-ending knee injury in the draw with Weymouth at the Truro City Stadium in late February.

After successful surgery and a gruelling recovery programme, Harrison is now back in full training and will join Chippenham on loan for the second time in his career, to further his match fitness.
