Away Supporter Information
First Visit to the Truro City Stadium?
For every away side visiting the Truro City Stadium (with the exception of Brackley Town and Boreham Wood) it will a first visit to TR4.
Supporters should note that due to City’s promotion to the National League, changes have been made to match days, compared with the 2024-25 campaign.

Ticket Information
Tickets are sold through the Truro City ticketing website.
Criteria for buying away tickets will always be set by the away club.
On and off sale dates will be communicated to away clubs, with the responsibility to pass that information to supporters with the away clubs.
Truro City will advise away clubs if segregation is in place.
If segregation is in place: Away facilities are at the Western End of the ground. A mix of terracing and flat standing terracing.
If segregation isn’t in place: Away fans can purchase general admission standing tickets for any part of the ground and seats in the Eden Hot Tubs North Stand too.
Away disabled supporters are asked to contact the club if they wish to attend fixtures at the Truro City Stadium – info@trurocity.co.uk

Ticket Prices
All tickets will be sold in advance through the Truro City ticketing website, please select away tickets when purchasing.
For high demand games, Truro City may designate away entry all-ticket. The club may also set an off-sale date for away fans too.
Away supporters are advised to check their own club channels for this information, as it will always be communicated to Truro City by the visiting club.

Concession ticket criteria: Any person over the age of 65, students in full-time education or ambulant disabled. Supporters who purchase a concessionary season ticket, may be asked for supporting documents regarding their concessionary eligibility at the turnstiles.
Ambulant disabled supporters are asked to contact the club directly – info@trurocity.co.uk if they require a ticket for a chaperone and/or carer.
All supporters under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult to gain admittance to the stadium bowl. Once inside the stadium bowl, supporters MUST be accompanied by and adult at all times.
Supporters under the age of 18 WILL be asked to provide supporting documentation, if they wish to gain entry to the stadium bowl without an adult ticket holder/paying spectator.

Directions
Travelling from either east or west on the A30, at the Chiverton Cross roundabout, take the A390 signposted Truro. Then follow signs to the Langarth Park and Ride site.

Parking
Parking is available on the Langarth Park & Ride site and it is FREE. There are space for 2,000 cars.
*For bank holiday and evening games when the Park & Ride service is not running, fans are still able to use the Park & Ride car park. No overnight parking is permitted

Entry
Away supporters are to use turnstiles FIVE & SIX to enter the Truro City Stadium when games are segregated.
When games are not segregated, away fans can use turnstiles TWO, THREE & FOUR.
Increased security checks will be in place for away fans before they are admitted to the stadium bowl. This includes the searching of all bags.
All supporters under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult with a valid match ticket, both to gain admittance and at all times within the stadium bowl.
Supporters under the age of 18 WILL be asked to provide supporting documentation, if they wish to gain entry to the stadium bowl without an adult ticket holder/paying spectator.

Segregation
Truro City will advise away clubs if games are to be segregated. For the large part, games will not be segregated in 2025/26.
Away supporters are advised that games initially designated as NOT being segregated, may become segregated at any time in advance of a matchday, if Truro City, Devon & Cornwall Police and local authorities deem it necessary.
If this situation occurs, Truro City will communicate this information to any away club at the earliest possible opportunity.

Food & Drink
Hot food and drink concessions are available at the Western End (segregated games) with alcohol not permitted for sale or consumption in view of the pitch, 30 minutes before kick-off and 15 minutes after full-time.
For non-segregated games, away fans are permitted to use any food and drink concession inside the Truro City Stadium.

Our matchday programme The Tinners is available inside the stadium priced at £3.50 – cash or card accepted.

50/50 tickets are on sale inside the stadium – cash only.

Payment Options
Is the Truro City Stadium cashless? No, it isn’t!
Cash and card can be used to pay for entry, food, drink, merchandise and programmes. 50/50 draw tickets are cash only.

Dogs
Dogs are not permitted inside the Truro City Stadium. Assistance dogs are permitted, but only by prior arrangement, by emailing info@trurocity.co.uk
The Equality and Human Rights Commission states that assistance dogs:
- Are highly trained
- Will not wander freely around the Truro City Stadium
- Will sit or lie quietly on the floor next to its owner
- Trained to go to the toilet on command and so are unlikely to foul in a public place
- Instantly recognisable by the harness or identifying dog jacket they wear
