First Visit to the Truro City Stadium?
All fans watching City’s matches will, at some point, be first time visitors to our brand-new stadium.
Below, we have answered the most frequently asked questions.

Directions
Travelling from either east or west on the A30, at the Chiverton Cross roundabout, take the A390 signposted Truro. Then follow signs to the Langarth Park and Ride site.

Parking
Parking is available on the Langarth Park & Ride site and it is FREE.
*For bank holiday and evening games when the Park & Ride service is not running, fans are still able to use the Park & Ride car park.
Entry
Gate One: VIP guests and working members of the press.

Gate Two, Three and Four: Season ticket holders and those fans that have purchased advanced tickets.
Gate Five and Six: Pay on the day spectators.
Disabled supporters have their own dedicated entrance which is next to turnstiles three and four
All supporters under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Turnstiles will open two hours before any given kick-off time.
Is the Truro City Stadium Cashless?
No, it isn’t. Cash and card can be used to pay for entry, food, drink, merchandise and programmes. 50/50 draw tickets are cash only.
Programmes
Match programmes are on sale inside the stadium priced £3 – cash or card accepted.

Club Shop
This will be situated inside the stadium selling club merchandise – cash or card accepted.
Food and Drink
All food and drink concessions are provided by the Wax Events.
A range of hot food and drinks along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments will be available from the concessions inside the stadium.
Cash and card accepted at all concessions.
Food and drink purchased outside the stadium is not permitted for consumption on site.
Dogs
Dogs are not permitted inside the Truro City Stadium. Guide dogs are permitted and assistance dogs too, but only by prior arrangement.
Smoking
The Truro City Stadium is a mainly no smoking venue.
However, the club do have is a designated smoking area which is clearly signposted in the south west corner of the ground, between the Tinners’ Fan Zone and the east end of the ground.
Disabled Supporters
There is an allocated area for disabled supporters in front of the Eden Hot Tubs North Stand.
We have seven disabled parking spaces outside the stadium which must be booked in advance by emailing info@trurocity.co.uk
Supporters must contact the club to arrange disabled parking and seating by 5.00pm the day before any game.

- Motorcycle helmets
- Pyrotechnics
- Air horns and whistles
- Weapons and sharp objects
- Flag poles
- Glass bottles
- Food and drink
No re-entry to the stadium is permitted and turnstiles will close 15 minutes after any given match has started.
However, a ‘late gate’ will remain open until half-time.
