Striker Luke Jephcott was born in Wales but moved to Cornwall when he was aged just five.
Raised in Ponsanooth on the outskirts of Falmouth, Jehcott caught the eye of Devon outfit Plymouth Argyle whilst playing youth team football for Wendron United and Helston Athletic.
Joining the Argyle academy, Jephcott made his first team debut for the Pilgrims as a teenager during the 2018-19 campaign.
The following season, he joined Truro on loan, netting eight goals in 18 appearances at Step Three before being recalled and thrust straight back into the first team.
His goals helped Argyle win promotion during 2019-20, a season aborted due to the covid-19 pandemic.
In two subsequent years, Jephcott hit double figures in League One, whilst gaining Wales under-21 honours.
He left Home Park in the summer of 2023 and has subsequently served Swindon Town, St Johnstone and Newport County.
In February 2025, Jephcott rejoined Truro City on loan until the end of the current term.
